About The Leading 100 List

The Bay Area is a vast real estate universe with thousands of agents and brokers. Imagine the confusion for the consumer. Therefore, in 2016, LuxeSF (formerly The Luxury Marketing Council of San Francisco) with access to 20,000+ Realtors, inaugurated the Leading 100 List to provide the Bay Area community with a respected, authoritative, annual guide to real estate agent performance based solely on results and performance–completely impartial, without any regard for person or brokerage, and seeking no nomination or subscription fee, nor monetary consideration of any kind.

The Leading 100 List represents the Bay Area’s 100 top producing agents who registered outstanding performance in the previous calendar year, based on dollar sales volume. 

RealTrends data, universally-recognized as the most reputable and accurate in the industry because of its verification protocols, was used as the basic platform in developing The Leading 100 List. That data is confirmed by brokerage management.

The Leading 100 List is becoming the authoritative list that Realtors and clients can rely upon to identify the top performers in Bay Area real estate sales.
